The ancient cemetery of Jannatul Mualla in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, is where some members of the Prophet Muhammad's family and associates are interred. It is situated next to Masjid Jinn and to the southeast of Masjid Al-Haram. Literally translated, Jannatul Mualla means "Garden of the Mualla."
However, a number of Islamic landmarks, notably Jannatul Mualla, were demolished in 1925. As a result, Jannatul Mualla has no longer got any tombs, grave markers, or domes. However, the locations of the sacred bodies' interment are indicated by little mounds of pebbles.
